A Los Angeles based property management firm is currently seeking a property manager. This manager will manage two buildings in the Koreatown area (Vermont and Wilshire). This position is full time and the manager is required to live at one of the buildings being managed. Send your resume in word of pdf format for review to be considered.
Duties:
- Rent- Collection of monthly rent and delinquencies
- Notices- Generating and Posting (3 Day, 24 Hour, Pest, etc.)
- Maintenance Orders- Review and schedule
- Vacant units- Advertise, market and lease
- Tenants- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with
Requirements:
- Property manager experience- 1 year minimum
- Living onsite and managing 40+ units is preferred
- Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
- Vehicle that can be used for work, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- GED or HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
Compensation/Benefits:
- $3100-3700/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction from salary
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
