Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about leasing, customer service, and helping residents find their perfect home. You’ll serve as the face of our community—guiding prospects through the leasing process, maintaining resident satisfaction, and supporting the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct tours of available units and community amenities
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Accurately explain lease terms, pricing, and community policies
Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and prepare lease agreements
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property availability and market trends
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
Support marketing initiatives, including social media promotions and resident events
Ensure leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and visually appealing
Qualifications
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Must be available to work weekends as needed
