Well established privately held Residential Property Management company in North Hollywood is looking to hire a full time in office Leasing Agent for their corporate office.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have at least 1-2 years of office/clerical experience. Experience in property management/leasing a plus. Entry level candidates or candidates with less than 1 year experience may be considered if highly driven. The position includes the following:
Organize and schedule appointments.
Processing Word and Excel documents.
Responsible for keeping files up to date.
Maintain existing filing system including preparing new files and labels.
Scan bank deposits.
Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Excellent verbal/written/telephone communication skills.
Customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and outgoing professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to work independently and effectively while interacting with prospective tenants, vendors, peers, staff and management.
Great customer service and problem solving skills required.
Must be organized and detail oriented and have great follow-up skills.
Showing rental properties to prospective tenants at local buildings.
Experience with Quickbooks and AppFolio a plus
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current proof of automobile insurance. Running errands with employee’s personal vehicle is required on a daily basis. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Must be drug free, dependable and punctual.
Rate of pay is $22-25 per hour based on experience of applicant. Remote work not available. In office only. Benefits after 90-day probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background and credit check.
