We are seeking a driven and professional Leasing Associate to join our team. This is a commission-only opportunity offering the flexibility to create your own schedule. As a Leasing Associate, you will meet prospective tenants at properties, conduct showings, and guide them through the leasing process.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
Provide detailed information about available units, including amenities and leasing terms.
Assist prospective tenants with applications and lease agreements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
