Looking for a very capable, organized, responsible, experienced, honest manager to manage a short term rental operation. Hotel/ AirBnB style.
Approximately 60+ Studio apartments. (Amazing opportunity!)
Must be ready to start right away!
Some apartments need a touch and some work setting to the furniture ….someone dedicated around the clock to make the maximum income possible.
Great Pay but must be very experienced with airbnb and be available to be there and meet guests and get 5 star reviews!
Customer service is super important .
Includes:
Coordinating Bookings
Responding to messages right away
Managing the cleaning company
Checking in Guests with great customer service
Check out guests in a timely manner and other office duties.
