A property manager is needed to manage two properties in the Canoga Park area. The properties are within a block of each other. The manager will visit the properties on a daily basis. The manager will live at one of the properties managed. If you like being on the go, working in a fast paced environment and engaging with people, this is the position for you. Duties
Collection of Rent
Collection of Delinquencies
Posting notices as needed
Review and Scheduling work orders
All processes of renting which includes Advertising, marketing and turning units
Other duties as needed
Required
1 year of onsite property manager experience, managing up to 50+ units is preferred
Experience managing multiple properties is a plus
MUST have a Valid CA Driver's license
MUST have a Reliable vehicle to be used on a daily basis
Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
GED or HS Diploma
Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
Compensation/Benefits
$3300-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

Days/Times
Full Time
Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
