Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to manage and lease a 19-unit multifamily building in Sun Valley, located on Glen Oaks Blvd. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and can handle the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing vacant units.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant communication and issue resolution
Rent collection and processing
Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
Leasing vacant units, including marketing, showing, and processing applications
Enforcing building rules and regulations
Managing move-ins and move-outs
General oversight of the property
Qualifications:
Previous property management and leasing experience preferred
Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
Ability to handle tenant relations in a professional manner
Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
Must be able to live onsite in the provided unit
