Established real estate management company looking for on-site property manager. Job requires living on-site at apartment building.
Note this is a full time job and expectation is you will work full days doing property management related work. Duties include the following:
Oversee building and maintain premises.
Interact with tenants and maintenance teams.
Keep building clean.
Address security issues.
Post legal notices.
Perform maintenance tasks.
We are looking for a team player that does what is needed for the building and its tenants. Tenants include those subsidized with Section 8 and other similar programs.
Apartment unit will be 1 BDR, 1 BATH.
