Property manager duties:
Include providing excellent customer service to residents, coordinating maintenance requests, supervising vendors and on-site maintenance to ensure that the property is well maintained, FULL and safe.
The ideal candidate for PM would have basic experience in Microsoft Office and a property management software such as Appfolio.
Essential functions including but not limited to
Demonstrate a positive professional attitude and focus on customer service, with the ability to rent.
Provide quality customer service in general.
Schedule and meet with prospective tenants and vendors as needed.
Enforce the terms of the rental agreements and Rules.
Candidates must have at least three year's recent experience as On-site Property Manager in the state of California, with experience in properties with at least 50+ units and at least one year's recent experience using APPFOLIO software, must have understanding of California and Federal fair housing landlord- tenant laws.
Knowledge on maintenance and be able to attend emergencies if necessary.
