A property manager is needed to manager a two buildings in the Koreatown area (Vermont & James M Wood). This is a great opportunity to come in to learn the business. Rent Collection Generating/Posting notices Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units Must live at one of the properties being managed Other duties assigned by management
Overview of Requirements:
Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year Managing 20+ units preferred Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus GED or HS Diploma MUST- Valid Driver's license MUST- Reliable vehicle Bilingual in Spanish a preferred Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Schedule/Salary/Benefits
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p (Available after hours and weekends for emergencies)
$3100-3500/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction. (Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
