>Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio through cold calls, acquisitions, leasing, sales, and investor relations activities.
>Responsibilities:
-Make cold calls, acquisitions, entitlements, investors, leasing, sales, etc.
-Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities in the multi-family real estate market.
-Collaborate with the development team to evaluate potential deals and perform financial analysis.
-Assist in negotiating purchase agreements and other legal documents.
-Coordinate due diligence efforts, including property inspections and financial analysis.
-Cultivate relationships with potential investors and assist in fundraising efforts.
-Oversee leasing and sales activities for existing properties, including marketing and tenant relations.
-Stay current on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
>Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, real estate agent, development, or sales.
-Real Estate License is a Plus
-Strong understanding of the Los Angeles multi-family real estate market.
-Proven track record of successful deal-making and relationship-building.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
