Real Estate Assistant (Los Feliz)
Compensation: up to $20.00 Per Hour to Start, or More, Depending upon your Work History and knowledge of Programs we use
This position relates to many Topics in our long-standing Real Estate Company
We will guide you from start to finish - You will Learn so much from this Opportunity
Topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
Open Houses on the Weekends, and possibly other days
Minor Accounting - Reconciliations, etc.
Showing Vacancies
Organizing the Office / Conference Room / Office Upkeep in General
Filing and Scanning
Marketing (what Programs do you know?)
and more
You must live no more than 20 minutes from the Los Feliz Area (90027)
And our candidate for this position must have, but not limited to, the following:
A Professional Presentation
Proper and Polite Manners
Show Up on time, and carefully follow directions
Have a California Driver's License, Auto Insurance and a presentable car
Being a Citizen of the United States
