Job responsibilities may include (and we will guide you through our Business Processes):
Organizational Filing
Showing & Property Inspection
Marketing in multiple categories
Move-in & Move-out Procedures regarding Tenants
Maintenance Coordination
Billing Review & Data Entry
Communication with parties on various topics
Los Angeles RSO, and more.
You will need a presentable reliable car.
Work Schedule is by-design, which we will discuss during our Interview.
Your wages are Subject to your Experience in our Field of Work (as stated above).

We are looking for someone with Experience that is interested in Company Growth.
Knowing Property Management Programs is a Plus.
Being a self-starter, with high common sense energy, and talent, is also a Plus.
