Family owned small real estate management company seeks person to help with leasing units and meeting with tenants
We are looking for a full-timepart time for our multi-family and commercial properties. Spanish speaking is a plus
Responsibilities/job duties
Show and rent stores and apartments
Maintain communications for all tenant related issues;
Ensure that all vacant space at the property is always in a marketable and ready state at all times so that the tenants can move into the property in the shortest possible time contributing to increased occupancy rates and revenue
Know details of property, current availability and prices;
Conduct inspection of the property and take appropriate action to make sure maintenance standards set are either met or exceeded;
Make sure overall appearance of vacant and occupied space are presentable and in good standards by implementing appropriate capital improvements when needed
Perform other property management tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Pay $20 per hour
Plus Great commission this is a high paying position and we are looking for someone to work hard and be successful
Minimum 2years ofexperience
Experience using Property Management Software (AppFolio Management Software experience is a plus)
Must have experience leasing and marketing via online portals (Craigslist, Apartments, Zillow etc)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
Fair Housing certified is a plus
Must have valid Drivers License and current Car Insurance
