Growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a motivated and skilled Regional Property Supervisor to oversee our portfolio of properties across Los Angeles County. As a Regional Property Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence and success of our multifamily communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within your assigned region.
Manage property performance, including leasing, financials, maintenance, and resident relations.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors.
Lead, mentor, and support property management staff (on-site managers) to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, including supervisory or regional management roles.
Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, financials, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Proficient in APPFOLIO and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of California Property Management policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
Bilingual – English/ Spanish is a plus!
Job Type: Full- Time
Pay: DOE $75,000-$85,000 annually
