PacShores Mortgage Inc., seeks a highly motivated, self-starter and experienced mortgage Telemarketer/Canvasser to fill an open Assistant to Mortgage Broker canvassing position, in their West Los Angeles office.
We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs.
MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT ONLY - THIS POSITION DOES NO INVOLVE ANY SELLING - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES POSITIONS - PACSHORES MORTGAGE WILL SPONSOR RIGHT CANDIDATE IN SECURING A MLO LICENSE AND TRANSITIONING INTO MORTGAGE LOAN SALES.
Duties to Include:
Contacting Broker's borrowers and Lenders leads to set appointments for sales presentations
Obtain and update client database with current information
Follow up Phone Calls to new and pending Broker's Lenders and Prospects.
Establish basis for stalls in Closing Process.
Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate Closings.

Qualifications:
Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.
Professional, pleasant and Courteous Telephone and Customer Service demeanor.
Superior Organizational Skills
Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email and CRM programs
Ability to follow up, schedule ongoing contact and updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
