Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant plaza
Handle kitchen leasing and tenant relations
Assist tenants with lease paperwork and procedures
Requirements
Ability to communicate in English
Must have valid work permit (eligible for payroll with checks)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $20/hour, 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday (approx. $2,400/month)

Fuel Allowance: $20 per time(office or long beach )
Commission:
100% of first month’s rent
Management Fee: $200 per kitchen (approx. $3,000/month for managing 15 kitchens)
Estimated Monthly Income: $8,000–$10,000 (base pay + commission + management fee + fuel allowance)
