Hollywood Highrise seeks a qualified LEASING AGENT at residential property.
We are looking for a hard-working individual who is able to work weekends ( THIS IS A MUST).
Must provide premier customer service and be able to rent and close leases.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
As a LEASING AGENT, you will handle inbound calls and in-person contact with our tenants and potential residents as well as respond to all leads. Must be comfortable with the duties related to showing & leasing apartments, answering the telephone, emails and greeting prospective tenants.
-Be able to rent apartments
-Process tenant applications for residency
-Collections of rents, late notices
-Handle tenant concerns
-Conduct Market Surveys
-Enforce Community Rules & Regulations
-Must have organizational skills
-Must have computer skills and be able to process all accounting invoices
