The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the Resource Center, which is both a retail store offering art-glass supplies and a teaching studio helping customers to work with the products. The Store Manager must be a well-rounded individual who is sales driven with skills in supervision, retail management, and customer service. You will spend a large percentage of time interacting with customers on the retail floor.
Qualified candidates will have a background in art, at least 5 years experience in supervision and 3 years in retail sales, a general business background, a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, proficiency in retail software, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task.
