We are looking for budtenders who are reliable, and who have a passion for cannabis and sharing it with others in a meaningful way. We are looking for people who smile, make eye contact, and learn customer's names. We are looking for people who understand that this is both a sales role and a customer service role. We are looking for someone who has management experience/potential who can be fast-tracked to a manager role (which would of course coincide with pay increase).
We put a strong emphasis on community, integrity, cannabis knowledge, and especially positive and; meaningful interactions with our customers.
There is lots of room to grow and progress within our organization.
Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple shops around L.A. is a huge plus. We operate four dispensaries in L.A. and they are spread across the City.
