Customer Service Representative
We are a wholesale company in women's apparel looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our company.
The position can be full or part-time with duties that include, but are not limited to:
-Primary responsibilities are email support, phone support, order processing, handling returns and exchanges & resolving &/or following up with customers regarding order-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Must have a proven track record of successful team participation
- Must be self-motivated and deliver results with limited oversight
- Comfortability of working on a computer
- Language: English (Required)
Plus (all are not necessary to qualify):
- Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
