Wholesale Glass & Supplies, Inc. - Has a full-time position available for a Customer Service Representative
Some of the duties include:
Managing a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Processing and entering customer orders with precision, creating quotes, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Handling administrative tasks, including processing invoices and managing work orders
Tagging glass orders
Processing orders at the front desk at our showroom
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport
Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong data entry skills
Competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail
Experience in the glass, construction, or building materials market is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Willingness to learn scope of products stocked and details
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Hours 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday-Friday
