Are you a seasoned retail leader who thrives on structure, efficiency, and high standards? We’re looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to take the reins across four retail locations in Downtown and South Central Los Angeles, managing a team of 30+ employees with a focus on micromanagement, performance accountability, and inventory accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
Directly supervise, train, and support store managers and staff across all 4 locations
The ideal candidate will develop and implement store and employee procedures to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
Maintain tight operational control and oversight of daily store functions
Manage and optimize inventory systems, stock levels, and shrink prevention
Set clear performance expectations and enforce company policies with consistency
Conduct frequent site visits and ensure full compliance with operational procedures
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands
Collaborate with ownership and senior management to develop and implement strategies that ensure employee accountability and performance.
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with proven success across multiple locations
Strong inventory management and loss prevention background
Comfortable with hands-on leadership and direct oversight of staff operations
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between Downtown and South Central LA locations
