About the Role:
Assist customers, process and arrange flowers, maintain the shop.
Get involved with social media.

What We’re Looking For:
A good eye for design and color, experience the Korea style bouquet wrap/arrangement or high style flowersbox (experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person).
Friendly, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with a love for teamwork.
Physically able to lift flower buckets and stay active throughout the day.
Passionate about flowers, consistently support the team through both successes and challenges. A dependable and trustworthy team player who values honesty and integrity
We offer part-time positions with the potential to grow into full-time as you gain experience and confidently work independently with flexible shifts including weekday mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays(half day).

The position offers a wage of $18-$20 per hour, with additional tips and performance bonuses during peak seasons. Speaking Chinese or Vietnamese can be a plus. This is a key role, so we’re looking for serious and dedicated candidates only.
