We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong sales background and an ability to help grow and lead a small business and it's team.
Your job: Manager
Work closely with owner on all aspects of business
Help increase store sales by working the floor and continually selling on a daily basis
Manage a team of 2 3 sales staff, photographers, interns & merchandisers
Responsible for making the monthly schedule and running payroll
Working with vendors on receiving shipments and new items
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Manage web sales and in-store sales
Help with merchandising and buying
Receive, manage and re-order inventory
Monthly event and trunk show planning and execution
Social Media strategy
Must have skills:
2 3 years retail experience / preferably management experience
Super-star seller
Excellent customer service
Self-starter
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to manage a team of 3 5 sellers, photographers, interns & merchandisers
Experience with Quickbooks POS and Shopify
Fashion Savvy and an understanding of independent design
Ability to report to supervisor/owner who works remotely
Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills
Social Media Skills including Instagram and Facebook
Event Planning skills
Great to have skills:
graphic design
Merchandising
