Drop N Go Laundromat is looking for a friendly and reliable laundry attendant in Long Beach!
As a laundry attendant, you will be responsible for assisting laundromat customers, intake of fluff and fold orders, processing laundry, and cleaning duties. Looking for a person with good customer service, can work well independently, and is comfortable operating washers/dryers.
BEING ABLE TO DO FLUFF AND FOLD IS A MUST!
Morning Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 2:30PM)
Evening Shift: Saturday - Sunday (2:00PM - 9:00PM)
We are looking for 4 shifts to be filled.
Experience:
Laundromat, Housekeeping or Dry Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
Knowledge/skills/physical:
Must have knowledge of laundry processing, including the operating characteristics of commercial washers (top loaders/front loaders) and dryers
Requires knowledge of detergents and other cleaning agents used in washing, stain removal, and sanitizing.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Must be able to lift laundry items/linens weighing up to 50 lbs; position requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift, aside form breaks.
