Plumbing Showroom and eCommerce Sales and Customer Service Manager

A fast growing Kitchen & Bath Showroom and Online Retailer is seeking to hire an individual, full time, who has the knowledge, expertise and passion for showroom and online retail sales. Experience in Plumbing, Hardware and/or Interior Design is a major plus. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus. Ecommerce experience is a plus, as well, although not required.

Duties Include:

Create Bids/Proposals for contractors, designers, and individual clients.

Place orders with suppliers and follow up on order status, shipments, etc.

Provide excellent customer service via phone and emails.

Assist customers with inquiries regarding inventory and/or orders.

Find, contact, and visit designers, contractors, developers and homeowners to build new business and maintain existing clients.

Skills and Qualifications Skills:

Fluent English, Excellent typing skills

Excellent computer skills using Excel and other data processing programs. Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic software is a plus but not required.

Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.

Strong verbal and organizational skills.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
