DeKor Home, a boutique furniture and home décor destination in Atwater Village, is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a strong background in retail or design sales, a love for interiors, and a proven track record of building client relationships, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do
Engage customers with a consultative sales approach—listening to their needs and helping them find pieces that fit their lifestyle and design vision.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including outreach and follow-up with designers and repeat customers.
Drive sales by confidently presenting product features, custom furniture options, and design solutions.
Contribute to store success through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Maintain a beautifully presented sales floor, ensuring displays reflect the DeKor aesthetic.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $22/hr -$30/hr DOE + commission
