OLIVEDA, the number 1 olive tree beauty brand from Europe launched May 1st, 2019 in the US and is looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant for our Culver City location to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Supervise warehouse staff and assist with training and development.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Assist in implementing warehouse procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and inventory.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
