Wholesale Sales Representative

Jasmine Elaine Showroom (Downtown, LA) is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative. You should have 5+ years work experience within the wholesale fashion industry with a previous track-record of relationships with department stores and retail chains alike. This position works directly with ownership, management and design team to establish best practices and strategies that maximize sales.

You will be working with accounts nationwide such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus etc. You will be responsible for selling the Jasmine Elaine brand to already established boutiques and department stores across the nation, opening new accounts and maintaining that clientele exclusively. You are responsible for selling merchandise in a showroom in order to drive company revenue.

We are ONLY interested hiring a long term employee who is looking for a career and aims to advance to leadership roles like Lead Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Sales Director for example.

Must have fashion wholesale sales experience and relationships with retailers/ buyers

Must Live in or near LA.

Must have a driver's License (Required)

Must physically work in showroom.

Must be open to travel, attending trade shows, road sales and developing

Must be highly productive, efficient, proactive, organized, detail oriented and able to multi task.

Responsibilities:

· Develop leads and manage business by building communication, dialogue, and relationships through ready-made samples, fabrications, and illustrations.

· Make visitations, sales calls, and email outreach daily to drive sales.

· Research and provide insights on market trends, trade shows, and other account acquisition opportunities.

· Partner with the design and production teams to establish content to help communicate sales initiatives and deliver designs.

· Partner with ownership and management to conduct monthly/quarterly reporting on sales and outlining future opportunities and strategies to meet sales goals.

· Partner with management to create promotional sales and proposed close outs.

· Give critical feedback to improve the quality of the brand aesthetic.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of sales experience

· Reliable, eager, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and analytical abilities

· Must be detail oriented with great follow through

· Positive attitude and work ethic
