Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our Torrance office. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience setting appointments for a security services company and a proven track record of achieving daily outreach and booking goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective clients (a mix of warm and cold leads).
Consistently book a minimum of 3 qualified appointments daily.
Provide daily activity reports, including number of calls made and outcomes.
Follow structured scripts while adapting communication to client needs.
Accurately record all outreach activities in the CRM system.
Represent SecurSolution with professionalism, integrity, and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
Required: Prior appointment-setting experience in the security industry.
Proven success in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
Excellent phone etiquette; enjoys engaging with people.
Energetic, driven, and eager to exceed expectations.
Duties
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Maintain consistent phone activity throughout the shift.
Document and update customer records accurately.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Schedule
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (6 hours/day, 5 days/week).
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.
Location: In-person, Torrance, CA (commute required).
Compensation & Benefits
$18–$22 per hour, plus performance-based commission.
Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
