Qualifications
. Bullet proof vest
. Full duty Gear duty belt
. 5 + years in the security industry working bars lounges and hospitality atmosphere
. Carry one self as a professional and security ambassador to property employees working establishments
. Must have critical thinking
. Must use De Escalation methods with unruly guest
. Must have professional appearance
. Must be on time
. Must be able to clock in and out
. Big built 6 feet + (preferred )
Requirements
. Must check id's and pat people down for weapons ( Metal detector )
. Must be able to help around the bar as needed
. Patrol and stand post inside the bar to provide eyes and timing for prevention
. Security must be able to avoid altercations using verbo Judo and De Escalation Methods
. Must be able to enforce Policy and Rules

Pay schedule : Weekly
Unarmed rate: $23 to $24
Armed rate $24 to $25
Shift vary : 4 ,6 , 7 hour shifts
