Currently seeking a squared away individual to join the Southwest team.
The guard will be assigned to patrolling the City of Bellflower in a marked Southwest Patrol vehicle. The primary functions will be to check locations throughout the city including parks, parking structures and city lots, in which one will assist the city in enforcing municipal code violations such loitering and trespassing. The guard will take direction from the office of public safety along with city manager and will assist when necessary. The guard will be required to submit a daily activity report at the end of his/her shift.
-Must have a duty belt with equipment, firearm and less lethal.
-Must have valid guard card.
-Must have a good driving record (No serious violations)
-Must be willing to work to with local law enforcement
-Must be willing to work graveyards, holidays and during inclement weather
-No visible tattoos (i.e face, neck, arms and hands)
-No face piercings, or offensive ear piercings or plugs
-Facial hair is allowed, but it must be well groomed at all times.
-Must be able to pass drug test
-Must be able to pass background check
Shift available: Wednesday 1900-0330 Thursday-Sunday 2130-0600 This is 5 day shift!
