Schedule: 6 PM – 6 AM (3-4 days per week, including weekends!
seeking professional and reliable Armed Security Guards to join our team. The position is indoors at a legal cannabis cultivation facility, requiring a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to strict security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and secure the facility during overnight shifts.
Verify and document authorized access to restricted areas.
Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms.
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
zero-tolerance policy for sleeping during shifts.
Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends and overnight shifts (6 PM – 6 AM).
Valid and current BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit required.
Minimum 1 year of armed security experience, preferably in high-value environments.
Excellent communication and observational skills.
Ability to remain alert, professional, and responsive for 12-hour shifts.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cannabis-related security.
Knowledge of state regulations for legal cannabis operations.
CPR/First Aid certification.
