Job Responsibilities
Provide a strong security presence to deter threats and unauthorized activity
Conduct routine patrols and surveillance in designated areas
Respond swiftly and effectively to security breaches, disturbances, or emergencies
Maintain a professional, composed demeanor in high-pressure situations
Monitor security systems, verify identification, and control access to restricted areas
Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing security protocols
Prepare detailed incident reports and follow company procedures
Requirements
Valid California Guard Card & Firearm Permit (Required)
Prior law enforcement, military, or armed security experience preferred
Strong knowledge of security procedures, de-escalation tactics, and emergency response
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods
Exceptional professionalism, communication, and situational awareness
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
