Staff Pro is an event security/staffing company, specializing in guest services and security, and is always looking to hire more event staff positions. Performing customer service skills, while working in a fun environment, and connecting with guests. Event Staff also has the opportunity to advance to supervisor positions with Staff Pro - Increased wages and great management skills.
We have immediate openings for highly energized and professional Event Security, Green Team Officer, Gate Patrol Officer, Hotel Officer, Ushers, Parking Attendant, Parking Seller and Parking Supervisor. All shifts are available flexible availability is a plus.
Event Security Assigned to events to protect property, report maintenance and medical incidents. Report all incidents to the Security Supervisor, to provide assistance to all guests and internal clients, crowd control, and access control. Event officers will be required to walk, stand, sit, and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions up to 8 hours per shift. Officers may need to use a handheld radio and may be asked to perform other duties as needed.
Required: Guard Card
Green Team Assigned to specific events as requested by the Client. They will provide a higher level of visual appearance during events and assist guests with complying with the Client Code of Conduct. They will assist in incidents as the control officer on scene, ensuring officers are providing crowd control, assisting law enforcement, medical personal, and fire department as needed. Green Team Officers will be required to walk, sit, stand, and be exposed to extreme weather conditions for up to 8 hours per shift.
Required: Guard Card
Training Required: Management of Aggressive behavior (MOB), Crowd Control Manager, Supervisor (provided onsite)
Gate 1/75 Officer Gate Officers will perform two duties during their shift, one officer will man Gate 1 providing access control and second officer will conduct patrols of the entire facility. Gate officers will serve as Event Supervisors during events where no supervisor is scheduled; they will also serve as dispatch officers recording all activity in their daily activity report (DAR). The 75 unit will respond to all calls for assistance to include medical, maintenance, and facility access.
Required: Guard Card, CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (if not certified we will certify onsite), Current Drivers License
Preferred: Past security experience, customer service experience, military or former law enforcement.
Training Required: Management of Aggressive behavior (MOB), Crowd Control Manager, Supervisor, Behind the wheel drivers training, Fire Panel Training Onsite
Hotel Officer Hotel officer will conduct regular patrols of the Hotel, both inside and outside. Officer will assist and investigate all calls for assistance, assist the night manager, and always maintain a high visibility.
Required: Guard Card, CPR/AED/First Aid Certified (if not certified we will certify onsite), Current Drivers License
Preferred: Clean Image- 5 Star Hotel uniform always includes a suit and shiny shoes. Previous security experience, customer service
Training Required: Behind the wheel drivers training, Fire Panel Training Onsite
Usher Assigned to Grandstand events and concerts to protect the property, report maintenance, and medical issues to event security supervisor, to provide assistance to all guests and internal clients. Ushers will be required to walk, sit, stand, and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions up to 8 hours per shift. Officers may need to use a handheld radio and may be asked to perform other duties as needed.
Preferred: Customer Service Experience
Parking Attendant Responsible to provide directional assistance for guests and the move in and move out of exhibitors at events. This position performs a variety of duties involved in the operation and maintenance of the Clients parking lots and related equipment.
Preferred: If becoming a supervisor or rover, must have valid drivers license.
Parking Seller Welcome guests with a friendly and positive manner. Enter correct transaction types into the point of sale system. Accurately charge guests for parking, collect money, give accurate change and balance at the end of shift. Work closely with Client Money Auditor Staff.
Preferred: Retail or Cash Handling experience, customer service experience
Parking Supervisor Assigned to events when there are multiple events and/ or multiple Transportation staff required for a single event. Supervisor will brief all Transportation staff on their job duties, provide equipment, and oversee break periods as needed. Supervisor will make sure all staff are briefed on event safety and radio protocol.
Required: Valid Drivers License
Preferred: Customer Service, previous parking attendant experience.
Training: Behind the Wheel Drivers Training
