Job Opportunity: School Culture Associate
Green Dot Public Schools is seeking a School Culture Associate (SCA) to support student safety and campus culture. The SCA will monitor students and help maintain a positive, secure learning environment before, during, and after school. This role includes campus supervision, conflict resolution, and working with administrators to implement safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise campus areas and ensure safety protocols are followed
Assist with student conflict resolution and mediation
Report incidents to administrators and support emergency responses
Participate in trainings on cultural diversity, equity, and student well-being
Provide safety escorts when requested
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (or 3+ years related experience)
Knowledge of adolescent development and de-escalation techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks and TB test
Compensation:
$22.11-$23.88 per hour, based on education/experience
