A $600 Sign-On Incentive is available to FULL-TIME hires, payable in 1/3 increments after completing 30/60/90 days of employment.

Requirements:
Possess a valid guard card issued by B.S.I.S.
Posses a valid baton permit issued by B.S.i.S. (must obtain within 90 days for armed officers)
Posses a valid firearm permit issued by B.S.i.S. (for armed officers)
Must have reliable transportation.
Pass random drug testing
