Post Location-Palmdale (Operations Coordinator-Hybrid)
Schedule-Varies based upon business demands. Weekends and holidays required.
Terms-Hybrid position. Requires shift work on security sites, as well as administrative duties.
Pay Range-$19-22 USD per hour DOE.

Non-negotiable requirements:
-Three (3) or more FULL-TIME years of experience in the private security industry
-Part-time employment will be valued at one half (0.5) years of experience
-Two (2) or more FULL TIME years of supervisory experience. NO EXCEPTIONS
-Two (2) references of former supervisors (that are not your family, friend, pastor, or former teacher)
-Clear background-zero anomalies
-Valid Guard Card
-Minimum of an Associates Degree or higher. Bachelors preferred. Transcripts are required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Valid (not expired) Driver’s License with no history of traffic offenses
-Reliable, personal transportation
-Personal cell phone: not one you share

Must be:
-Physically able to walk for full shift
