CURRENT SCHEDULE FOR HIRE:
Part-time
2-4 days a week
9 AM - 8:30 PM
Including Weekends
Responsibilities:
-Security officers will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of patrons and staff on the building property
-Qualified candidates will have a professional appearance and demeanor
-Being alert at assigned post at all times to ensure personal safety
-Making customer service is a top priority be pleasant and courteous while greeting all customers
-Know the building property where all entrance/exit points are located
-Monitoring various activities on and around assigned post (ex. security cameras)
-Making rounds on the property to ensure no suspicious activity is occurring in the store
-Being aware of the chain of command system when an emergency takes place, and the steps needed to take to mitigate the problem
-Staying calm and collected in the event of an emergency, and carry out actions based on the policies and procedures set in place
-Practicing safety at all times to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
-Must be comfortable standing at post for prolonged periods of time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid ID or License
Reliable transportation to DTLA
Current guard card
Open availability including weekends
