United Guard Security is seeking a Security Dispatcher to become an integral part of our team. Dispatchers are responsible for receiving and responding to calls. Security dispatchers need the ability to quickly process the information that was communicated to them by the guard, and then deliver the right information to the right people (Schedulers).

Requirements:
Must be tech savvy
Must read, write and speak English.
Must have at least 2 years of Security Dispatch experience
MUST be Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
Must have strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills; and the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.
Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills
Must own a reliable vehicle to get to and from work
Active cell phone
