XS Afterhours is an 18 and over Gentlemen's Club featuring fully nude entertainment, located in Wilmington just west of Downtown Long Beach. We are looking to hire a part-time, experienced unarmed security guard who is a responsible and reliable individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties associated with a security guard/door host including but not limited to:
Checking ID's
Operating cash register for door charges
Roaming the venue
Maintaining a calm and safe environment
Enforcing club rules and procedures
Maintain compliance with all company policies, as well as local and federal laws
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a valid guard card issued by B.S.I.S.
Ability to pass a background check
Prior experience in the adult entertainment industry is preferred but not necessary
Must be fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must be legal to work in the United States
Must be willing to work late nights until 6AM, all holidays, and weekends.
Must be physically fit and able to meet all of the physical requirements of the position
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
