Night/Evening/Weekend Part Time Hours Available @ $22 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Crowd Management: Ensure a safe and secure environment by effectively managing crowds at entrances and exits.
- ID Verification: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disputes in a professional and calm manner, preventing escalation and
maintaining a secure atmosphere.
- Observation and Surveillance: Maintain a constant vigilance over the premises, identifying and addressing potential
security risks.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with patrons to enforce security policies.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly and responsibly in the event of emergencies, following established protocols and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Requirements:
Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding situations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid security license.
