Hallmark Media, in collaboration with our security partner GardaWorld, is seeking a vibrant individual to become the face of security at our Studio City office. Experience preferred however willing to train the right person.
What We Offer:
Hours: Monday, 8am to 5pm / Tuesday-Thursday, 9:30 am to 6 pm / Fridays starting at 8 am and wrapping up at 4:30 pm. Plus, during the summer, enjoy a shortened Friday schedule every other week! Occasional OT required.
Compensation: $22/hour $33/hour OT

Your Role:
Greet visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their experience at Hallmark Media.
Monitor and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of all staff members and visitors.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to address any security concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with Administration team on day-to-day office operations.
YOU:
Professional, personable, punctual and neat. Computer skills with a knowledge of Outlook and Teams, preferred.
