Swing Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Long Beach, CA
Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Montebello, CA
Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Graveyard Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Flex Officer (All Locations)
Must be flexible to cover all three sites (Los Angeles, Long Beach, Montebello) and various shifts as needed.
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Security Officers to join our team in Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Montebello. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. Flex Officers must be adaptable and available to work at different locations and shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid security guard license.
Ability to work the specified shift hours.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as a Flex Officer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
