DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Patrolling and securing communities throughout the Santa Clarita Valley; in a safe, secure and professional manner.
Reporting of activity, incidents, parking enforcement, tracking of vehicles; all which are done on our electronic platform real-time reporting application.
Parking Enforcement, which may include vehicle towing.
Responding to services calls.
Keys, access cards, and equipment control.
Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage.
Working special clubhouse events.
Escort trespassers, and call local Sheriff's Department when required.
Pool monitor; enforcing rules & regulations of the pool facilities.
Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
Responding to alarms and emergencies.
Communicating any irregularities with management.
Keeping an incident report record.
Checking visitors in and out of the area.
Escorting visitors around the premises.
Ensuring compliance with government regulations
