We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Security Guards to join our team for multiple sites in the Los Angeles area. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling on foot, issuing citations as necessary, monitoring all areas, performing safety checks on Celayix, completing Fire watch patrol reports and strictly enforcing property rules. Previous experience working security is required, thirty-two (32) hours of training in security officer skills per BSIS requirements must be completed and familiarity with the Silvertrac security management system is a definite asset.

We are looking for professional security guards to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to observe and report.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the security and safety of the property.
Issue citations and warnings for violations of property rules and regulations.
Monitor and enforce common area policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities and incidents using the Silvertrac system.
Collaborate with property management and other staff to address security concerns and maintain a secure environment.
Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
Act lawfully in direct defense of property
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
Report in detail any suspicious incidents
Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
Skills
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
Integrity and professionalism
High school degree
Proven experience as a Security Guard, particularly in a condominium or residential setting.
Familiarity with Silvertrac or similar security management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
