Command International Security Services is looking for competent Security Officers to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.
A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
What You'll Do:
-Conduct regular patrols around store when asked and stand posted in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft it occuring. This is a standing post you must be able to stand up straight your entire shift.
-Answering all Walkie Talkie Calls and work alongside AP.
-Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.
-Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.
-Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.
-Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.
Requirements:
-Bouncer Type
-Valid Security Guard License with at least 8 years experience.
-Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
-Comfortable using technology and communication devices.
-Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
-Reliable transportation
Shift Availability:
Full time: Monday to Saturday 7am-3pm
Part time: Monday to Sunday 3pm-9:30pm
Pay Rate: $19 an hr.
