American Asset Protection is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Officers and Security Supervisors for a clothing manufacturing facility in the Beaumont area. We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts, and opportunities for career advancement.
Positions Available:
1. Unarmed Security Officers
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Shifts: Day, Swing, and Graveyard
2. Unarmed Security Supervisors
- Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
- Shifts: Day, Swing, and Graveyard
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the clothing manufacturing facility to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular inspections and surveillance within the facility
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and activities
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
- Assist in training and mentoring new security staff (Supervisors)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid BSIS Guard Card
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous security experience preferred for Security Officers
- Prior supervisory experience required for Security Supervisors
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
