We are looking for a reliable Bar Security host to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, be able to handle potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively, and be dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and controlling access at entrances and exits
Checking identification to verify the age of patrons
Patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or undesirable behavior
Resolving disputes or conflicts among patrons
Enforcing bar rules and regulations to maintain order among patrons
Responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and patrons
Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
Reporting any security issues or concerns to management
Maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal actions
Ensuring the bar’s compliance with all local and state laws regarding alcohol service and consumption
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Security Host or similar role
Guard Card Certified
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures
Proficient in English
Strong integrity and professionalism
High school diploma is preferred
